Awesome FBO. We called 3 hrs ahead of arrival for an overnight. Taxying onto the ramp, the line guy was already waiting for us. Because of springbreak, no rental car in the whole Phoenix area was available. Still, the nice ladies at the desk didnt give up, pulled off some magic, and 40 minutes later Enterprise had a car delivered to the FBO for us. Really appeciated that and it saved our day. The FBO is modern and clean, with nice ammenities and staff. Even if you come in a C172, you get treated like king. I highly recommend Lux Air :)

Good stop here today. Quick turn and very helpful and friendly. This was my second time to visit on XCs and I will be back again.

The American Bonanza Society arranged for this FBO to host a BPPP event and they were amazing. The line personnel were super helpful and attentive, giving us rides on the golf cart to the FBO building. They were able to fuel our plane on short notice and everyone was very cordial. They treated my Baron like the Gulfstreams and Phenoms that also go there. I will certainly be back.

Was quite happy with LUX during my two day stay. Very attentive personnel. Very active airport with the United Airlines flight academy and their large fleet of Cirrus planes.

Stopped at Lux Air to collect two passengers for Angel Flight West. Unfortunately, my battery decided to fail when I went to start up. Lux Air went out of their way to assist. Moved my plane to a hangar to keep it cool to work on, gave me the courtesy car to run the passengers to Sky Harbor and go fetch a new battery at Spruce and even lent me some tools. No fees and everyone there were extremely cordial and supportive. I cannot express enough good about them. Highly suggested.

Diverted for weather, good front desk young lady, however she mentioned that courtesy cars are reserved for the employees, so I guess that's a benefit if you work at this FBO.
