My wife called ahead and asked if they’d still be open when I got in. I landed in a PA-32 and two linemen met me, took the time to help fuel the plane, tie it down, and even gave me a short golf cart ride over to the FBO. I found an attendant still waiting after he normally would’ve been off because they were tracking me. He treated me like some important VIP and helped me sort out food and transportation after hours. I fly more than 400 hours a year for work and this is the best service I’ve had in 24 months!

Certainly the finest FBO I have ever visited, not only is the facility modern and well constructed (truly four months ago) but the personnel are all so wonderful! A worker drove us in a go cart even though we were near the structure already and while we went to get lunch, they phoned offering to re-park the plane toward the wind since they observed the vertical stabilator was moving intensely with all the gusts. These folks are top notch and I appreciate them for it!

Fine folks and new facility but their C.A.A. Jet A price is now the highest in the southeast.

Fine clean wonderful location. Red carpet type service upon arrival. And good service a few days later on departure. And the ice cream is an extra perk.

We flew passengers into and out of GSP recently. The catering company really dropped the ball, leaving us with 8+ multi-course meals that required oven heating. We realized this less than an hour before our EDCT. I saw no way to heat the food in time, much less heat the food AND be prepared to make our departure time. The line guys sprang into action, found a way to heat the food and delivered it to our plane as our passengers were boarding. They truly saved the day! What customer service!!!

Finest and most welcoming FBO I’ve visited. We were picked up with a golf cart even though the facility was only about 50 yards from the plane. The location was extremely pleasant—I certainly felt out of place arriving in an RV-12 wearing joggers, a sweater, and dirty Vans shoes (lol)—but the personnel could not have been more cordial. Ramp charges were waived with fuel purchase, and we even received a crew vehicle for lunch.

The Cerulean staff is professional, proactive and very helpful. There was an issue with the card I had on file with Enterprise and they worked the matter while I was in the air and took me to the desk after landing. The facility is brand new, just a good stop.

They dont accept avfuel cards or AEG, please remove that ForeFlight

Took family to visit extend family. This FBO is super fine,ATC as well. I have flown into GMU a few times! Never again as long as GSP keeps this pilot friendly atmosphere. Fees are cheaper than GMU! If you haven't been to this FBO you are missing out.
