Good service at Trego Dugan. FBO was very helpful, cordial and professional as were the lineman. The Avionics shop and Caleb were fine. I highly suggest them.

Stopped here for fuel while they were busy with some turboprops, but they still took care of my single engine piston right away and offered up a courtesy car. Enjoyed my stop here and would happily come again.

Good facility. Just be advised courtesy car is 10 gallons minimum or $50 and first come first serve so plan accordingly.

FBO Is good! But don’t rely on restaurant on the field being open. We arrived at noon on Friday and restaurant was closed.

Good clean place, pilot lounge and fine courtesy car! Megan at the desk was wonderful and has a love for aviation like we all do, good conversation. The day line guy was good too! Shift switch! A little circle jerk going on in the back room is what my captain said. Had to go find them to let’s us out the door when passengers arrived! Asked for a bag of ice and the youngin line guy said “did you put in a request previously” We laughed many times on the way home “did you put in a request”

Good service from Trego Dugan! I stopped at KGRI for the night, en route Boston area (KOWD) to SF Bay Area (KPAO). Trego Dugan personnel fueled my Mooney to the top, as asked—I was expecting a long leg in the morning—which takes effort and waiting. With unforecasted severe thunderstorms approaching, they inquired if I wished to hangar the plane for the night (which recommendation I agreed to). Personnel gave me a ride into and back from town, had the airplane prepared for me in the morning. Thanks!

NO NIGHT FUEL SERVICE! No answer on after hours line. Message box full. TERRIBLE!

We had the same experience as John G. 2 hour wait for fuel with nobody at the FBO, answering Unicom, or multiple telephone numbers. Had no idea how long the wait would be. We arrived at 6:50 AM local, they advertise open at 5 AM local on ForeFlight but we didn’t get fuel until after 8 AM. The line guys line cell phone was laying on the front desk ringing when we tried to call. This FBO doesn’t care about anyone but the airlines. First negative comment I’ve ever left in my 11 years flying but it is well deserved.

I come here quite frequently and stay the night often. They have been extremely helpful for me and my crew and my passengers. I would recommend this FBO and have had no issues with it. They have a nice pilots lounge and a good coffee machine and vending machine vending machine and that’s about it but it’s a good FBO.
