On Oct 28th, 2025 I asked for my SR22 to be put in the hangar 5 hours before weather was due to hit the facility. I specifically requested this to be done due to the line of thunderstorms nearing the area. Upon returning to my plane it was clearly dirty and water stained. The Manager did not offer a reduction or anything but "Sorry". Buyer beware

Alex stayed and put our bird down for the night upon our late arrival. What a superb lineman first class customer service made sure our ride arrived an we were taken care of. WOW - arrived this afternoon 2/7/25 at 4:30 pm CST in a King Air C90. Was billed $3500.00!! Ramp fee with zero fuel purchase option. Flight had nothing to do with the upcoming Super Bowl. Could not believe it. I think my Million Air days are finished.

Stopped in to drop some passengers off for a fishing tournament. Personnel was fantastic and even assisted with some special arrangements. Fine clean FBO. We shall be returning.

My spouse and I flew down for a golf outing and had mistakenly made the error of securing a vehicle from the main airport terminal, assuming we could collect it at the FBO(which we later discovered was possible) but their personnel drove me over there and then permitted us to leave the car at the fbo upon return. Their personnel was extremely polite and treated us as though we requested a thousand gals of JetA, which, being in a Piper Cherokee, we did not! Will certainly return!

Be advised 2/7/25-2/10/25 the FBO is charging Super Bowl event fees due to limited ramp space available. However, this is a good FBO with welcoming CSR staff.

The MillionAir facility was quite spotless and the personnel very helpful. The aircraft mechanic at MillionAir came out after hours to swap a tire and the line crew at MillionAir were extremely useful in that procedure. A superb destination to fly into.

A swift stop to collect passengers. Line was informed of our quick turn fuel need and I suppose they disregarded it. Still a rather fast turn about 20 minutes from block in to block out. CSR was good and personable. Fine facility and good C.A.A. fuel cost. We are thinking about stopping again and utilizing the on site customs clearing and will revise review following that experience.

2 days and an overnight in a PC-12, difficult to surpass! Very helpful and welcoming personnel and the FBO is stocked with snacks and ample areas to relax, A+ facility!
