New runway and the FBO is brand new too. Service was amazing. Line guys already had the rental car out to us before I even had the plane shut down. 5/5 stars!!!

We discovered a fine company named Smokey Mountain Shuttle Service that can move a party all over the region. Quite quick and helpful.

Flew in with my family for an autumn getaway. As soon as I taxiied off the runway the crew proactively reached out confirming they had a rental car for me and that they would bring it out to the plane as soon as I parked. They marshaled me in, tied my plane down for me as I was getting bags out and as promised the car was pulled right up! Friendly, prompt, and thoughtful service. Would highly recommend!

Visited for a few days. The line and desk crew were very helpful. We had quite a bit of luggage and three people. We had a gold cart ride to a very nice FBO. Great treatment on the way out also including some help with local departure procedures. Five stars!

Flew in for a quick lunch trip and was extremely happy with the service. Crew picked us up on the ramp and gave us a ride to the FBO, let us use the courtesy car to get to the restaurant in Pigeon Forge, and had the plane fueled and ready for us when we got back! Will certainly be returning!

Flew in over the 4th. Left the Sunday after only to find I needed a new main tire for my PA32. They had personnel on the field that had us moving within an hour and considering it was Sunday the cost was fair. Highly suggest these good people with superb service.

Pleasant personnel, ample ramp area, and simple airport to get in and out of.
