The fuel prices here are a total rip off....I don't see why anyone would stop unless it was the only option.

Good FBO, very comfortable, popcorn available and a superb coffee/latte machine!

West Star took good care of us and our single piston. Fair 100LL rates. Simple entry to/from ramp zone near tower. Assisted us with transport to and from a close hotel when we could not depart the same day. Kind and informed personnel.

Stopped in flying a C182, west star treated me and my family like we were just as important as the gulf-stream crew, stayed over night at no additional cost, bought some fuel and departed without a hitch. Highly recommend west star.

Stayed the week in early April 2025. Cessna 310. Good experience, reasonable fuel cost for size of facility. Attentive team members. We will return.

West Star was on their game I was late but the rental car was ready they even tied down my Baron. When we returned 5 days later just dropped off the keys for the rental and taxied out. Definitely 5 stars

Pros: fast turnaround on a cross country flight from SD to AZ. We were in and out quickly. Cons: after a 3 hour flight, a nice cold soda would've been welcome. However, I did not have 75 cents for the vending machine. I inquired if they could add the soda to my $380 fuel bill and they were not able to. My error for not having change on me, but small courtesies like a 75 cent soda go a long way when spending hundreds on fuel.

Heading to Oshkosh from SoCal: West Star Aviation was good, friendly personnel, lovely accommodations, simple self serve fuel. Fine FBO on the western slope of the Rocky’s to sit get some rest and enjoy the view before continuing to next destination. We will return.
