March 10, 2026The people were very nice. Still, call ahead and verify the ramp fee before you show up. They hit us for $425.00 to land a light turbine helicopter and take on fuel. No room to negotiate. Totally ridiculous.

July 9, 2025$500 handling charge for PC12. 100 gallons reduces that fee to $400.

September 8, 2023I needed to land here unexpectedly due to an irregularity in my oil pressure reading. It was a Sunday so no mechanic available until Monday morning. They were super accommodating and the mechanic at Rich Air checked it out first thing. I was so impressed with everything at this wonderful airport!!!

January 19, 2023Peter J. .. Had the misfortune of stopping at Rich Air 8/26/2022 with a Robinson R66.. They charged $400.00 per night parking (3 nights total) for a 2750# max. gross takeoff weight aircraft.. Absolutely no service offered or supplied.. ever again..

August 14, 202569 E33C Bonanza for a quick drop off and everybody was super helpful. Ramp was filling up so they made space right in front. No landing fee, told overnight tie down is $25. FBO is clean and comfortable, happy to swing in to visit family in the future!

April 29, 2025$275.00 overnight for a TBM is a bit high. There exist other choices.

September 7, 2024Before you think about visiting GFL I suggest you review their ramp fees first. I was just quoted $475 for a plane under 6000 pounds. They did provide $100 credit toward the $475 if 100 gallons of fuel uploaded. Issue there is their fuel is very costly. Sad that these FBO's can charge what they want and the county does not step in. If the airport is avoided by pilots looking for a spot to go the whole region suffers.

July 11, 2023Flew into Glen Falls for a business meeting. Fine FBO. No AvGas fuel truck, but they did tow my Cirrus over to the fuel pumps for me. Kind people.

October 1, 2022Stopped for three nights to visit Lake George. Adequate enough airport. Thought $20/night ramp fee was a bit high for a Bonanza. That’s what I pay at Hilton head. Didn’t get any fuel either as that was too costly. Had to Uber into Queensbury to get an enterprise rental. Hertz didn’t answer the phone.
