March 20, 2026I was at KGEU a couple weeks back. I guess I got the decent controller because even though he was a little short and straight to the point, no real issue. Busy airport, lots of training flights, so that probably plays into it. I was there for a week, taxied in and ground had me follow the truck over to parking, so I did. Come to find out Glendale Aero was gonna hit me for $30/night on parking, but I had talked to somebody a couple days earlier who said $5/night....... Park on the T's at the terminal bldg. for the better rate!

March 1, 2026Been down in the area visiting for (3) months from Oregon, flying out of Arizona Flight Training Center, and they have been great & very professional. Personally, I have nothing but respect for the job ATC does & for my flight experience @ KGEU.
