Only stayed a few hours. Friendly staff, clean spot, just awesome! You can snag a fuel discount on weekends ($0.5/Gal). The crew car was complimentary. Power outlets are there, but you gotta bring your own charger. Wanna go back again!

I flew in today to drop off Angel Flight passengers. Very fine/helpful personnel. Good service. They waived all the charges and discounted the fuel for Angel Flight. I would have filled up rather than just replacing what I’d used if I had known. Less expensive than fuel at my home base at KPAE right now.

Visited for a couple hours in my Cirrus. Very prompt and courteous service, and a fine crew car.

My spouse and I flew into Signature yesterday. We were treated as though we were in a jet instead of a 182, in fact we were the only piston on the ramp. I can’t say enough for the cordial service and helpfulness of the personnel. Upon arrival, we were marshaled into place and the rental car and water was next to the plane. It’s good that they’re open until 22:00 as well. My spouse is handicapped and they offered to assist her as well. The handling fee was waved for a small fuel purchase. Sophia and the rest of the personnel were phenomenal.

$70 handling charge for a single engine, light turbine helicopter to arrive for 20 minutes. Come on!

I called signature to ask if they could give a passenger I would be dropping off a ride to the airline terminal. They said absolutely and that they’d be happy to. I expected that maybe they’d charge a little bit for the vehicle ride, but Instead they charged over $150 in ramp fees and vehicle rides. They never mentioned this until I had already left and wouldn’t give my passenger a ride until he paid the price. I was furious and called the manager to ask why they wouldn’t mention any of this ahead of time when I originally called. The manager wouldn’t give a straight answer unsurprisingly. Companies like signature are a disgrace and are the reason general aviation is dying. I strongly encourage anybody to avoid signature at any location by any means possible.
