Mar 22 2026 - MacAir gave me the best service I've ever gotten. Once I landed, they called me on the CTAF freq while I was taxiing in and guided me over to the pump. Fuel was flowing before I even had my stuff stowed, then they towed the aircraft and tied it down, no questions asked. So effortless! Amazing staff, very accommodating. After I fought for 15 mins trying to get any Uber to take the pickup, they drive me to Dayton Airforce Museum!! Simply outstanding customer service!! Recommended...

You pull up to the fuel island and they pump it. Overnight was waived with fuel purchase. Fine facility

MacAir is simply one of the finest FBOs I have visited. Before I exited the runway they contacted me on CTAF and informed me they were waiting for me at the fuel pit. Fueled my Mooney in 10 mins and towed it to a tie-down. They then provided a ride to the local Enterprise rental car office. Good team led by line manager Austin!

Good service. Had a small MX issue and they fixed me up. They also updated my nav database for me. Shall stop here again.

Excellent service. I stopped here specifically to visit the Air Force Museum. After landing I taxied to the fuel pump where the staff were waiting. They fueled my plane, towed it to a space for overnight parking, and tied the aircraft down. On top of this, they let me take their van for the night and the next morning to visit the museum. Superb!!!!

Just flew in today as a stop over. What a fine place. They are very helpful with anything you need. Had a small maintenance issue they were able to fix it and left me in the hanger overnight. Good fuel prices and they were waiting at the pump as I taxied up.

Fantastic service. The line personnel were above and beyond. Desk staff was good. They're temporarily in the Sinclair building, but that did not stop them from providing excellent service. When we made the res, they were not sure a crew car would be available, but it was, and they let us use it overnight. We flew in for the USAF Museum, and MacAir was the perfect choice. 10/10. People were so chill and friendly I'd return just for the FBO.

What a good FBO! Taxied in to the fuel island and 3, yes 3, linemen were there ready to fuel our plane. Since we topped the tanks they waived the parking charge for the 4 days we stayed with them. They have recently remodeled and it looks fine. If you're coming to Dayton this is the spot to stay. Good fuel costs, best in the region. This is a hidden gem.

Flew in Monday to visit the National Museum of the Air Force, you certainly should plan two or more days to visit. Everything went well with the FBO, they let us have a Courtesy Car (van) overnight. I put some gas in it and was thankful I didn't have to Uber or rent a car. Xenia, OH is the town you would want to stay at. Good spots to eat, hotels and close to the Museum.

Ditto the last comment, fine FBO and super helpful for a first time visitor. Took the courtesy car and went to the museum and lunch. Hope to be back soon! Thanks, Tom G.
