April 30, 2026I flew in today with my wife, and Monty came straight out onto the ramp to greet us at the plane---who does that anymore? In a world where customer service seems to be forgotten, it took me back to days gone by. He had the rental car waiting, fueled up, plus maps of the area and lunch recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Grand Canyon, and the airport experience itself was great too---thx Monty.

October 20, 2025We had a good trip to the Grand Canyon. Cars are available from Turo. Apparently you can call for a taxi to pick you up (they come from Grand Canyon Village so it takes at least 20 minutes to get to you). Having our own car to explore on our schedule was much valued. We look forward to coming back.

March 1, 2026Stopped in about a week ago and the service was excellent! Monty has several cars available through Turo, and he takes really good care of customers. The car was spotless and the tank was full, which unfortunately isn't all that common anymore with the big-name rental companies. I definitely recommend getting in touch with Monty-he's very GA friendly and goes the extra mile.

July 16, 2025Just flew into GCN and spent a week at the Grand Canyon hiking and sightseeing. It was a spectacular trip, and Grand Canyon Airlines FBO, Monty in particular made it extra special. Monty delivered our rental car plane side for transferring our luggage and was a wealth of information about Grand Canyon NP and local restaurants and sights. On our departure day Monty texted to ask if we needed anything before leaving and then went out early to fuel the plane. We will definitely be back again soon.
