Good facility but bothersome that an international airport does not have 24/7 fuel service. Had to wait until 5am to get service.

Very clean fbo and super welcoming personnel. They made my first occasion ever visiting an fbo that was not my home, a total pleasure. No parking charges for students and entry to crew cars with drivers license. Certainly will be coming back

Had an unscheduled stop coming home from KOSH. Cannot say enough GOOD things about this fbo. Met by 2 marshals on the ramp who were super polite. Front desk staff were fine too. Grabbed a crew car for a couple hours to wait out the storm which was very nice too. The icing on the cake was that we had our own marshal to attend to us back to our plane which literally had a red carpet to the plane’s step; did I mention it is a Cherokee. Looked silly, but a class act! Will be back.

We flew in for the Fort Wayne Airshow. The personnel at Fort Wayne Aero Center could not have been more accommodating. Days prior they gave me good guidance over the phone about arriving for the show. They met me at the plane with keys to a courtesy car and supplied directions to get to the other side of the airport while avoiding the inbound show traffic. The facility is top notch, fine lounge and flight planning area.

Excellent facility, good price for Jet A. Superb staff.

Good experience here. Weather diverted to FWA and showed up fifteen minutes prior to closing. Had a very tough time locating hotels and the line tech kindly let us stay an hour past closing while we attempted to find aviations. Cannot thank the people here enough for making a difficult evening a little simpler.

Good facility. Spotless with lots of amenities. Overnight charges are high for a very light jet. Handling charges are waived with fuel. Fee schedule could be more quickly updated.

If you need to utilize the crew vehicle, you will need to have your auto insurance documentation with you. They will not provide the crew car without it.

Made a quick unscheduled stop at FWA and Fort Wayne Aero Center was good! The line and office personnel were friendly and helpful. The facilities are top- notch! Used the crew car to pick up some goodies and something to consume. Came back and my plane was up front and prepared to depart. The controllers are very friendly too. Fine place to stop!

A couple weeks back we had the chance to spend the night at the Fort Wayne Aero Center and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff’s friendliness and readiness to assist us in hangering the plane and securing a rental car. Furthermore, the facility is quite appealing. If I needed to wait out a storm, I know my passengers and I could have made ourselves very comfortable. There are also many fine hotels and dining places an easy drive away. In the near future, we have decided to again spend a night in Fort Wayne because of the professionalism of the Aero Center Team.
