Will not be returning ever or any other signature if we can avoid it. We were charged a "event fee" when there was no event for another 3 days! We discovered Hill was not charging this fee after the fact and handling charge was half. New client for sure. Signature would not yield on the fee and when i told them we would not be back their answer was "thanks for coming today".

Good personnel and facility, parked on the ramp for 3 days and had the plane out front for us when we departed.

i can confirm today that they are certainly unable/unwilling to accommodate after hours even if it is just 5 minutes after. do not come here.

Be mindful that this Signature states they no longer support before or after standard business hour callouts anymore as they show here on Foreflight. Fortunately, Hill Aircraft can support this if you find yourself in need of FBO services.

Good personnel but FYI ask for a gate code to drive on the ramp if after hours or for specific directions on how to exit on foot…

If you must wait on pax, wheels up road mechanics take over the crew lounge. There is one crew car, so we needed to Uber for lunch. We attempted...headed back to Hill.

Got charged $80 for a one night stay in a C182. To me, that is somewhat excessive. Regrettably Hill was shut for the evening so Signature was my sole selection.

I can confirm this location is awful. I pulled up to obtain something. No ramp person to direct me and parked the plane for about 3 minutes and they charged me a ramp fee. They proceed to dispute with me saying all metro Atlanta airports do it. I fly all over Atlanta and can confirm this is not accurate.

We must have been there when only the new staff members were working. They could not locate our rental cars. They over charged us and admitted as much but there was no one there that could fix it…so sorry. A combination of uninterested and badly trained employees.

Very welcoming personnel and fine facilities. My primary airport for journeys to downtown Atlanta.
