Flew into here this past weekend. BEAUTIFUL FBO. One of the finest I've been in. However, my plane has both a main tank and wingtip tanks. I requested a main topoff only. I go out to the airplane and sure enough fuel was put into the wingtip tanks and not the main tank. Thus getting 20 extra gallons I didn't desire. That was a costly error on their part. I specifically mentioned to not do this. No reimbursement was provided. The fuel lineman ought to ask before filling up.

Correction, overnight ramp charge is $30!

On call after hours fee is $100 per hour starting at 10 p.m.

Linemen are attentive and helpful, staff are friendly, lots of snacks, cookies, coffee machine, nice lounge area for pilots and passengers. They're rated the best for a reason. Look forward to flying in again!

First off, customer service and all the folks that work here are wonderful! The reason I will not return, are all the charges they are imposing now. I have flown in here many times across the years, but with the new title came a feeling they are finished with GA. First off, topping off does not eliminate any charges (did not for me). Ramp/overnight - $10 (I remained one night). Facility charge - $50. Infrastructure charge - $10. All that plus 6 gallons of fuel, $138.15!

Single engine turboprop. I purchased $500 of fuel and still was assessed a $200 ramp fee.

Superb service and facilities. Wonderful staff. Courtesy cars are quite clean and can be utilized overnight.
