We had to make a precautionary landing because the engine was surging. The crew was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The mechanics took the airplane, gave it a thorough diagnosis and repair, and got us back on our trip later that same day. Very grateful for the help. Highly recommend Wiseman.

Good personnel very useful, had troubles getting plane started because of the cold weather and all happy to help! I had the choice for deicing but they asked for $300 for a single engine piston so just waited a couple hours for frost to melt. But cannot speak highly enough about how useful the staff was! Surely suggest this FBO.

Wiseman was fine, don't comprehend these poor google reviews. They clearly prioritize jets above a Cessna 182... they overlooked me when a jet arrived, but apart from that they were quick friendly and helpfull. Dorp off at the Terminal for car was no issue. Excellent stop with good car rental options for the Sedona area.

Been to Wiseman twice now. Very helpful and pleasant. Their default is not bringing rental cars in the line though. They will let you drive it on following a cart if you truly need the car by your plane to load up.

Good service from Wiseman on a quick stop. Huge plus for getting Oxygen taken care of during a quick turn and holding DoorDash deliver so we could turnaround quickly.

Seems like very nice people, but they’re kinda light on services when you compare them to an Atlantic or Signature. Apparently there’s only one crew car, and once the sun goes down it can’t be checked out. No vending machine, either. And no sleeping quarters, just a big living-room kind of area. Kudos for the cookies and the charging station.

Taxi in, wasn't sure where to park, they immediately had a "follow me" cart pull in front of me. Ground personnel and desk staff were friendly. Only remained a short duration. Be advised, crew vehicles not accessible when there has been snow/ice.

I've flown a Diamond DA-40 all around the nation over the past 6 years. Been to many places. Wiseman FBO at Flagstaff might be the finest FBO I've visited. Good client assistance, fair and capable maintenance personnel, reasonable costs. Strong group here. Will certainly make this my primary stop whenever I'm heading west from Memphis.
