Confirmed that single engine overnight fee is $100. They do not want small planes on the ramp anymore.....

Service is always fantastic! That said, Signature recently increased overnight fee to a ridiculous $37/n overnight fee (single engine piston). Rate is not published and I failed to inquire. That is on me, but still- $37/night is absurd!

My spouse and I flew into Fayetteville Saturday in our Cardinal to see our son. The assistance was beyond commendable. Our rental car was waiting for us. The office personnel and the ground crew provided professional service. We were able to change at the airport and the remark my spouse made about the cleanliness of the restroom should be noted. We departed later that evening and the staff that was on duty helped us with taking our bags to the plane making sure everything was secure and ready.

Stopped in for a bit and bought some fuel. Good, welcoming people. Fair fuel costs.

Signature Flight Support is amazing. I did a Pilot N Paws rescue and I can not say enough about their staff. Monica L. was very accommodating as well as Kellie B. Their line crew is also very accommodating.

$588 handling charge for a CJ or 190 gallons three dollars a gallon higher than Lumberton airport. I think I will land at Lumberton thank you signature.

Not one to add comments but, this is worth noting. I’m a PilotNPaws.org volunteer pilot and I had a mission into FAY and was dreading the added expense of my piston Twin overnighting there. To my surprise Signature offers $1.00 off AvGas, waived my handling fee and only charged me $45 to overnight. Just showed them my mission thread from the website as proof of PnP mission. This was quite reasonable and thank you Signature for your support in PilotandPaws.org missions.

I diverted into FAY early one morning hours before the FBO was even open due to icing and was planning on sitting in the plane till they opened. Luckily Bennett was there early and let me into the facilities, offered me coffee and whatever I needed. He even got me TKS fluid which was able to get me back in the air and got me home. Good service and hospitality all around! Thank you Bennett!
