Awesome service today in the Cirrus. Fargo Jet Center gets an A+! Line personnel were outstanding, wonderful ladies behind the counter. Gave us a crew car to run into town for a quick errand. Couldn't be better people. Thanks a million!

Very welcoming personnel. I think that $154.18 was somewhat excessive for a 3 hour car rental.

FBO charges you to put items from your plane that will freeze in the facility overnight. Never heard of such a fee in 37 years of flying business jets. I purchased fuel and paid for a hangar for one night and were still charged for the items the items in the building that may freeze. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

While waiting for the pricey tire tube change, we inquired if it would be feasible to take the courtesy car to the far side of the airport to see the Air Force museum there. My son is an active AF member and even though there were courtesy cars available, we were told to Uber there and back. The ride took 5 minutes and we were back in an hour. The hold up in changing the tire tube, forced us to remain and only depart the following morning. Even with a snooze room available, it was discouraged.

Really fine fbo with good personnel and services. Very quick pull outs, and always have the tankers ready to fuel your plane. Pilot lounge is very good, and has its own quiet room. Plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this fbo if you're coming into FAR

Fantastic FBO! Very clean and very accommodating personnel. Sheena was so friendly. She arranged our car rental, had our plane hangared during severe weather forecast, and had our plane fully fueled and waiting for us on the ramp when we were ready to depart. Thanks for the attention to detail!

Thank you Fargo Jet Centre! Coming back from Phoenix to Winnipeg, we landed at KFAR after almost nine hours of flying. Grabbed 40 gallons of fuel and hangared the Seneca for the night...line and front desk staff were absolutely awesome. The next day we were weathered in and while waiting for the WX they kept the plane in the hangar and gave us a crew car to run into town, and eventually helped us with a rental car to drive home. Good people, good service, a good place to stop! Barry M

The name says it all, Jet Center. Beware the maintenance department! Unless you fly a Cessna 172 or something turbine. With a low tire on my Grumman AA5, I taxied to have it filled. The junior staff proceeded to break off my tube stem. Not a single mechanic knew the A/C type. They learned on the job and took 8 hours for a 1-1/2 job. Total cost $1100 in labor and $125 for the tube. The brake didn't work properly and later the rubber cover for the landing gear almost fell off. Avoid if possible. - Alexander P.

Stopped for an overnight on 5/24/2024 in our Mooney. Front counter staff was very cordial and assisted us book a local hotel downtown at a very fine rate. They even had a line guy drive us there. Also, quite nice facility overall, modern and tidy.

Fine facility, clean with coffee and snacks. Good for an overnight stop with an Uber into town. Personnel were helpful and tied down for me. 10g minimum fuel to waive charges on a piston single.
