June 21, 2026Oddly enough, when I called to ask about fees, they wouldn't tell me what their current fuel price was over the phone. The response I got was, "I cannot disclose that information over the phone."

July 27, 2025While enroute to KSTP I made a precautionary landing in front of what turned out to be a major squall line. This FBO was good - without being asked the line guys went out right before the weather cut loose and chocked all the tires and tied our Bonanza down. After the storm our radios acted up and they actually had an avionics A&P on duty who helped resolve the issue. The FBO was very comfortable and there's an awesome eatery right across the street. I'll return!

December 29, 2024Good, welcoming personnel on the phone and in person! I called ahead and let them know we'd be in for the day to watch a volleyball tournament downtown. They have a crew plane, but it's limited to 2 hours, so they set me up with a rental. We were met by ramp personnel to park us and welcomed us with a roll out carpet and brought our rental right out to the plane. Very fine and clean facilities! We'll be back when it's warmer to visit the restaurant known for steak and seafood across the street!

December 11, 2024These folks are superb. Stopped in for the Big 10 championship. Fair fees waived with fuel purchase. Top quality service, helpful line personnel. 10/10 would suggest.

June 3, 2026I started flying out of here back in 2006 as a student pilot, and it has been a great home base ever since. There’s a really good restaurant just a short walk away, fuel prices are fair, and the staff is excellent. James and Brenda are both great to work with, as is everyone else there. The airport sits beneath the Class Charlie shelf, so obviously keep that in mind. For an outbound IFR clearance, you’ll need to call (317) 227-5743 because the radios won’t reach for that unless you get a pop-up clearance.

March 4, 2026The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a rental car and hotel for us, with the car ready to go when we got in. They also have a fuel truck and topped us off right at our parking spot on the ramp. Great place-we'll definitely return.

June 17, 2025A superb airport for access to anywhere across the Indianapolis area, or as an in-route stopover. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. I was in for two nights, with bad weather anticipated and they put me into an individual T-hangar for both nights at a fair price. You can pick up an IFR clearance on the ground from Indy Clearance Delivery (128.6) at either hold short. There's a place to dine right across the road, should you be there for a cross country stop, & need a food break.

December 22, 2024Flew in for a convention-- had snow storms/ airport closures to deal with on both ends. Kyle, Brandy and crew could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend if you're in the Indy area.

October 22, 2024Brandy and James were the best. They both worked together to ensure my King Air 350 was inside, out of the snow showers, until my departure. And contrary to another comment they do have after hours service available 24/7 by simply calling ahead to coordinate. This is a gem of an FBO. Oh yeah; there's a very fine restaurant right across the street too. Good food!
