Called during business hours to have our plane put in the hangar seeing some snow bands inbound, no answer. Next day we need a light deice, they lost the keys to the tug, they later find a spare set only to find their deice doesn't work...

Brand new facility loaded with drinks, snacks, and ice cream. Won't allow crew vehicle overnight but is walking distance from a Hampton Inn so no concerns. Personnel have always been friendly and accommodating.

The service was nothing short of exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and went above and beyond to ensure both myself and the plane received the utmost care and attention.

Amazing service! Flew from Orlando Executive to Evansville for the night to visit family and had superb service. The plane was hangered overnight to avoid the freezing temperatures and fueled in the morning. Excellent service and amazing new modern FBO.

TrinState Aero is United Companies Air Centre. Wonderful modern facility, quite upscale. Good coffee. Arrived at 7am in a C172 and was attended to very well.
