Small FBO, but the staff was friendly. There’s a pilot lounge shared with the flight instructors, and the $15.00 landing fee is reasonable. Everyone treated me well and even made me coffee. Suggestions: Add a vending machine, provide a courtesy car, and keep coffee available throughout the morning.

Crew car has been out of service for a long time. No one marshaled us in on arrival, and overall we encountered some of the lowest customer service I’ve seen at an FBO. Certainly room for enhancement.

Absolutely a class act operation! They made me feel right at home. A must go to FBO when in the area. Thanks so much for your good service!

Terrible FBO. They charged me $15 to use the restroom. No bottled water, absolutely nothing, they gave me a styrofoam cup for water.

Had a squawk enroute to the Bahamas. Turned out to be a bad Champion spark plug. Carl and Tim in maintenace were good. Thanks.
