Good self serve in the center of both runways

Fine facility. Did a drop off of some family which worked out well. The personnel were nice & helpful. Really no issues except for the cost of fuel which I didn't purchase there. Will surely see them again.

I called the EUG location at least three hours before arrival to let them know we would need a quick turn after a drop off. It was a rainy evening and the ramp seriously needs better and more illumination. The ramp worker who parked us was not doing much to signal us from the taxiway 100+ yards away. I waited almost 45 minutes to get fuel, and there were no other planes on the ramp needing services at the time. This was one of the worst FBO visits I have had in the last 15 years.

July 11 2022 Arrived and tied down in general parking. Did some business with another company and had them call for fuel for us. Trucked arrive and quickly topped off the tanks. Went in to pay and we were greeted by friendly efficient staff. Needed to go to the terminal and we were walked to a pedestrian gate and told to call them when we wanted to return. I highly recommend this facility. Ken

The price gouging persists!

Overall fine FBO. There is transient parking just to the south of Atlantic ramp. Whatever you do, do not sign the iPad for a free beverage, your phone and email will be spammed endlessly. (It was early and I was not thinking clearly)

Gorgeous facility! You walk in and everything looks like it is brand new and never been utilized. Personnel was very helpful and FBO was very cozy. We will certainly return to visit !!

Atlantic did a good job on a recent overnight stop here. They got us a crew rate at a fine hotel. They loaned us a crew car when we needed to run errands. They are a lite on marshaling so we simply called them on the phone. I highly recommend Atlantic

Wonderful service and they gave me the Foreflight listed gas price even though the price had gone higher that day
