Stopped by West Coast Air during a solo XC for my PPL. Honestly, some of the best staff I've ever dealt with. They were waiting for me on the ramp when I got there, offered a ride back to the terminal, and even a crew car. Walked back out with me to the plane to pull the chalks. Answered every question I had with great knowledge and professionalism. I'm planning on coming back many more times.

They saved the day for us. We planned to fly from Buffalo cross Pennsylvania to south west but hindered by the snow and had to stay overnight. We asked if they could find a hangar space so that the next day we could start the helicopter without difficulty, the FBO accommodated us. The ground crews also assisted us pushing in/out of the helicopter. Fine FBO, we sure will visit again.

Be cautious of the operating hours that they have posted. Twice now I’ve flown into here with the expectation that they would be open as advertised only to be greeted on the ramp to be told it’ll be $100/hr for us to keep open for you to go to dinner. Landed at 9:30 and 9 in both occasions with the plan to be back before posted closing of 1100p. Seems they close 9:30ish to 1000p now. Hours need revision.

Stopped in for fuel while doing some XC PIC time building. Wonderful airport and FBO with superb views of Lake Erie coming in. The line service guy was waiting when I pulled up and immediately asked what he could do for me. Superb customer service with fair prices. There are NO landing fees for single engine piston aircraft which was a fine surprise. Will certainly be back when in the area.

Good FBO! Line Staff and desk people were fine. We had a problem with our plane, the A&P was quick to assist and got us on our way as quick as he could.

Good service! Flew in a C177 to check out Presque Isle. Line crew was out waiting for me, instantly asked what I required and fueled me right away. No cost for the crew car. They even followed me out to pull my chocks for me. Shall return!

Pleasant personnel. Spotless restrooms and fine waiting zone.

Amazing early OPS with Joe. He provided above and beyond service for us here at Netjets. Give him a raise.

Had a trip to Erie that got extended an extra night. Severe winds were forecasted at the airport, North Coast placed my Comanche in a hangar overnight at no extra fee. Amazing customer service at North Coast!

Awesome FBO. We flew in for the afternoon in our tri pacer. Topped off with gas and they lent out their crew car to us to grab some lunch. Line service and CSR teams were super friendly and accommodating. We’ll be bringing our business here when in the area. Great FBO.
