Nice little airport. Diverted due to WX and a marshaller met us right away. Excellent setup with vending, coffee, ice, and a fridge. Also has a flight planning room plus a snooze room with shower. Courtesy car is available. $50 fac fee for a piston twin, waived with 60 gallons. DA42VI NHS

They've pushed the minimum fuel requirement way beyond reasonable and the fees are outrageous! They said they would bring it back down to the normal amount, but that never happened at the start of 2026. I won't be returning, at least not until they reduce the prices to something more reasonable.

Call before going. New fees are very high. You need to go to the city website and look in the city of Monroe fee schedule document, page 17 of 114 to find them. For example one night for a twin is $150.

I have touched down numerous times at this facility over the past few months and consistently obtained fuel. Today I landed with my twin Cessna and wished to do a fast turnaround and they were going to assess me $100 for landing without taking on fuel. What a joke!. Although this airport is a fine airport and is near my family here, I shall be seeking alternatives. This is absurd and there is no mention of a landing fee in their details. I'll be seeking alternatives.

This is one of the most welcoming airports I have ever visited. After landing I was directed to a tie down, greeted with smiles and asked if we needed assistance with bags. When going thru the FBO every staff member greeted us and made us feel quite welcome.

Friendly folks, and the line service for transient 210 was good and prompt. We’ve been pleased here in past years, and today’s visit kept that streak going. Stayed 2 nights and got a really good top off, which can be difficult with a 210 since it’s often underfueled by as much as 10 gallons during a top off. Thanks! $15 a night is very fair, and so is the minimum fuel for a single piston to avoid the facility fee.

New City of Monroe crew vehicle is available for use. Need proof of insurance and valid drivers license. 2 hours maximum usage.

Stayed for two evenings a month prior and was billed above $500 for ramp and landing charges. Purchased zero fuel. Call ahead and verify their costs as it is not displayed. supercor77

Just a note... no Crew car or on-field Hertz cars. FBO info requires updating to reflect this. Paid $15 ramp fee for my C182. 17 min wait for Uber. Good experience otherwise.

This airport/FBO has forgotten they are in the service industry. They do not provide a crew car, assistance with arrangement of a rental car and you will be informed that they go home at exactly 9. All this comes with very high fuel costs (greater than the Florida resort airport I just left) or a ramp fee for the service you do not get.
