Amazing service. If you want a NASCAR pit stop of a turn… this is the operation to go too. They turned us, a fractional Phenom 300, in 15 minutes. That’s deboard, unload a decent amount of luggage, fuel, lav, and catering. It was insanely impressive. With us seeing 3-6 FBOs a day 200 days a year that’s an accomplishment to impress us in this manner. Applaud the ramped crew

Susan and Mike at Stein’s aircraft services could not have been more pleasant to work with. A welcoming environment with extremely reasonable ramp and hangar rates plus the cheapest fuel on the airport. A crew car for our stay without even asking. What more could you ask for? Best FBO we have been to in a long time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful personnel and super accommodating when the new to me plane I had bought and had ferried to me had mechanical issues. Staff went out of their way to help me troubleshoot and get up and running. Really appreciate the assistance!

My family had a marvelous “staying” here. Steins are mostly Jet folks, but they gave us superb assistance even as a piston popper. The FBO is splendid. The whole staff was great getting us in and out, setup with a rental car and treating us like rock stars. We will will see you again!

Recently visited Stein’s in a Lear 45. Extremely welcoming and expert associates at Stein’s Aircraft. From the moment we arrived they were on top of rental cars and service for the plane. FBO staff were above and beyond pleasant and helpful. Facilities are superb with several rooms for crews to rest upstairs for the day. I look forward to our next stop at their facility.

Arrived after dark in our Mooney and they were waiting to direct us to their entrance. The friendly and professional staff seemed to go out of their way to make us feel appreciated. Wish all FBOs were as nice as Stein’s.

Arrived in T210 from California. The personnel was wonderfully helpful and accommodating for several night stay. Right now they’re not charging any overnight fees for singles (9.22.21) but a good FBO is worth something. So happy with the service we made it up in a nice tip. Highly recommend.

WOW. What a fine experience flying into the Steins FBO at KENW. Top notch service, facilities, and personnel. Marshalled us in, helped unload, and had the courtesy car ready and waiting. Friendly line crew and front desk staff, and a good view of the private jets in the hangar. Looking forward to our next flight up the Chicago lakefront to Kenosha!
