Wendover Airport (KENV)

Called ahead. Got the call out filed the flight plan. Called 4 times over an hour with no reply.

Good FBO. Unscheduled overnight stop yesterday. The people in the office suggested which hotels were the best option for a fine night, loaned me a crew car for the evening and even pointed me toward the Beer and BBQ Festival on the Nevada side of town.

Good stop. Fuel personnel were nice. Even had juice boxes in the lounge for the youngsters. Shall make it a regular stop.

Good service, quick turnaround, clean, spacious restrooms. I appreciate the small museum inside the FBO and only wish I had adequate time to see the remainder of the base. Long runways in fine condition to assist with the high density altitude.

A really good stop. Welcoming staff. CAA Discount for JetA. Fast service. Fine WWII museum. Former bomber base with long wide runways in superb condition. Complimentary snacks in pilots lounge upstairs. A preferred place to stop on way to California.

Stopped here on our journey from Texas to Seattle. Fine amenities, tidy restrooms and fair fuel costs. Fuel truck was there before I could exit. Quality Inn less than a 1/2 mi. Went to the Montego Bay casino & ate at Romanza. Could be the best Italian dining experience we've ever had. It was so good!

7/6/22 Stopped for SS fuel, pump worked fine but no receipt paper. Found water in tank, make sure you sump after filling

Flew in to get some food, FBO was closed but provided us with the gate code. 100 LL self serve available, however it only pumps 9gal at a time. Salt Flats Cafe is a short walk away and I very much recommend it.

Good airport. They DO have jet A (+) PRIST.
