I've spent a couple nights there a few different times now at Billion, with the latest being this past weekend. I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. Easy going and attentive. The FBO is extremely clean and well-organized. The facility has a fine, relaxing atmosphere with comfortable couches. The bathrooms are spotless and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making sure that all our needs were met quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this FBO for its cleanliness, amenities, and good customer service.

For my C182 modest purposes, these folks are perfectly fine. Very welcoming and useful. Supplied me with fuel given that the county's self serve pump is broken.

Second worst FBO i have ever visited. Nobody at the counter. Does not answer Unicom. No chocks. Does not appear like they wish to provide service.

The FBO itself is very tidy and organized. Not too much to it. A TV, fine couches and a Keurig. The restrooms are spotless. That's all that is good about it. The service; terrible. Just a couple young kids running it. Took them being asked several times to even get us Jet A neg fuel. And even then I barely trusted them to fuel our outboard tanks. They kept talking about other clients in our earshot and cursing. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.
