Almost went to the other FBO after reading the prior remark. Was truly a very fine experience. My only complaint is no fees waived with fuel and 3% fee for using a CC.

Awesome service. The crew car was in use so the they dropped us off at, and picked us back up from, a nearby eatery. Super nice people.

Fees were lower than Atlantic for a 172. No crew car but they provided us a ride to the terminal

There are pricey service charges levied at Premier which are not published online. Suggest to phone the FBO and find out more before visiting.

Flew in last week in our Cessna 182. Was met by a gator and led to a parking spot. Good service, low fees, and arranged a rental car for us. Highly recommend.

The warmest welcome we have ever gotten. Premier is a throwback…a privately owned business (not a national chain) that makes their patrons feel like welcomed guests. We were greeted at the runway turn off with a “follow me” golf cart, guided to our parking. Rachael came out with two cold waters to greet us, and our bags were quickly put on the cart and brought to our rental car. If you ever have reason to fly into Elmira, you must visit the amazing people at Premier. We will be back!

This FBO is badly run. The front desk personnel are insufficiently trained and frequently lack knowledge about what they are doing. We flew in one time and were told there was a 400 gal minimum and after making that purchase they tell us their "crew car" was out overnight, with no apology. Should not have to uber to lunch after buying $2000 in fuel.

Cannot express enough positive comments about Premier's personnel. Everybody possesses a friendly disposition and they are very helpful. When you phone to ask about services for the day, it makes no difference who picks up the handset as they all are informed and can provide direct responses without delay. They even welcome rotarcraft!

Good FBO with welcoming helpful personnel that went beyond expectations. I had a small mx concern with my Husky when I showed up there last week. The Mx crew was superb and they went out of their path to give my plane a complete inspection following a long true x county ferry.

If you use Premier Aviation, please know they charge a higher than 3% fee for using a credit card. When I tried to pay with cash, they stated, "we do not accept cash." I also did not discover the service to be especially fine. Etherington, 5.
