I've been based at EGE for well over a decade & the recent takeover of the VVJC by Signature Aviation is, at best, a letdown. A lot of employees have moved on, & I give credit to the steady folks who stuck it out, but the whole transition has been rough for everybody. The staff that remains is great (Andrea is awesome!) and the maintenance crew really does go above & beyond. Signature corporate seems determined to take over the world with outrageous (triple!) fees for EVERYTHING, basically pushing out any loyal local pilots. Ugh

Ther're charging all, including my single, $50 for an employee"habitat fee", which I comprehend they don't pass on to the workers...what's up...

I was in and out in my Mooney. Had to meet with Customs agents. I was on the ramp for 1 hr. $95.00 in charges. These facilities are destroying GA.

I get that it's "Vail", but seriously? Parked my 2 seat LSA on the ramp for 3 days... $340 handling fees, $150 PER NIGHT for overnight parking, plus a $56 habitat fee and a $38 infrastructure fee. Absurd.

Beware! Signature imposes the following charges for a C172 or similar: 1) "Facility Fee" : $30.00 (waived with 10 gallon fuel purchase, truck or Self-serve) 2) "Security and Technology Fee": $8.00 (cannot be waived) 3) "Habitat Fee": $50.00 (cannot be waived) If you're unlucky enough to have to remain overnight due to weather or AOG, anticipate paying $50/night. Quite harsh...rest in peace Vail Valley Jet Center, we miss you.

I'm retracting my bad review of EGE Signature. After I called them the next day, they got it straightened out to $56/night for overnight parking for my Cirrus, which is a lot more reasonable. The $366/night was the hangar overnight fee, which I didn't even use, and it was put on my bill by mistake. Thanks for the correction, Signature!

Just went in to EGE today. Everyone knows that Signature is totally absurd when it comes to charges. After parking us over 300 yards from the entrance nobody offered a cart ride to the FBO then after charging $1800 to not purchase fuel nobody came around when our passengers showed up to assist with their bags or their rental car or even to pull chalks. Plenty of personnel around to take our cash though! Bad enough that the plane owner is going to start going to Denver and driving to their home.

Had a good encounter with Signature KEGE . Yes...the charges are high for single engine pistons including 100LL. That said the front desk was very accommodating. Andrea was above and beyond.! Additionally, I needed all of my tires change they put me in touch with "Jake" who heads up their maintenance facility, super accommodating, took care of everything didn't miss a beat.

Sad to observe another FBO spoiled by disconnected corporate leaders. Front desk personnel seem uninterested in being friendly, charges are excessive, line service needs to be reminded of a request before it gets finished... I get the feeling no one truly enjoys working there.

Wanted to fly over for an hour from Aspen to shop Costco, they want $27.50 security fee In a single engine Piper!
