Landed here in a Cirrus on a Sunday and utilized the crew car to drive my pax to Hobby for a flight. Fuel was inexpensive so I topped off. $8 charge. Not as upscale as Hobby's FBO's, but equally welcoming and $242 less expensive!

After showing up with light rain, the lineman took care of my Cirrus SR 22 and quickly tied it down for an approaching storm. The tiedowns were some of the finest I've observed, and the plane was secure, even though it was a major storm that blew thru. The front desk organized my rental car and had it prepared to go. Very polite and fine service. Next day, fueling and paperwork was all prepared to go when I arrived. Ground control and Tower were very polite as well.

Not my preferred fbo in the Houston area, gas is very costly for the area and the facility is truly run down. The front desk representatives are fine enough but much better service can be found at the fbos west and north of hobby (hobby is even a superior selection than efd)

Real hit or miss with this facility. Some times you get decent service but about half the time the line folks drag their feet. As for the counter staff it really depends on who is working that day, some days they are friendly and helpful but about half the time you get folks who are not friendly, are unwilling to accommodate simple requests, or are borderline incompetent.

Flew in across the weekend, the arrival segment of it was good. Had a rental arranged and they brought my car right away to the plane. The following day had an early morning departure. While it's staffed 24hrs, if you plan on leaving early you will need to contact the duty. Wasn't a major issue. Handling fee was waived with fuel purchase.

Good location to arrive. The Signature FBO line personnel are helpful and cordial (Hadid and David excel with their fine 'get it done' dispositions). Very seldom have I encountered a problem getting fueled even considering the military traffic. The reception desk personnel have good dispositions and are engaging. The new fellow Nick is on his game! Harco is situated adjacent and they have proven available in case of a mechanical issue. Good location to arrive and get fueled.
