Stopped over for the weekend. The tower guy talked at a human pace, so I had no trouble with what I needed to get done. Very, very clean facility and super friendly folks. Fuel is pricey, but that’s pretty much what you’d expect at a towered airport by the ocean. Definitely recommend.

$35 charge for a 182. Waived if you purchase 10 gallons of fuel. There for 10 minutes.

I must state that the customer service at this spot is superior to anywhere I've flown into in the past few years. When we landed it was like a nascar pit stop. Praise to the management and staff.

Damaged my wing fueling and denied it. Its a BRAND NEW plane. Then they tried to cover it up. Very disappointed in this facility.

Although you're only minutes from the Commercial Terminal at ECP don't anticipate a ride, you may be told by the FBO that they will give you a shuttle over but assisting patrons is a low priority; occurred on -2-distinct journeys here. Uber is a superior choice. Sheltair clears a low bar on service. CSR's aren't cordial. Great line crew!

We stayed there for 3 nights. By the third night, some pretty heavy weather had rolled thru. When I got to the airport, the line crew already had the plane tied down and secured. They took good care of my plane and were helpful and friendly. They were great. I’ll be back.

Fantastic FBO!! Hands down. The CSRs (Kandy & Karol) are amazing...arranged everything we needed, dropped off rental car, etc. Line guys?? Rock stars! They kick butt. Cannot give enough kudos to these wonderful folks. Thank you so much.

Sheltair ECP did a fine job yesterday with a double quick turn on fuel and GPU starts to get us in and out with minimal time on the ground. Thanks for the good work!

Called in fuel order night before. Verified en route. Landed and was told we were 4th in queue to only have 10-15 planes slip ahead of us. Terrible conversation and poor assistance. Management nowhere to be found or even cared
