January 6, 2024Stopped there on Nov. 18th, 2023. Was enroute to NE when I had an unexpected fuel imbalance out over the Atlantic. Couldn't have asked for finer folks all the way around, tower and FBO. Fine young gal working the line helped me work on fueling plane and solving my fuel transfer issue.Turns out improperly seated tip tank fuel cap. Reasonable Jet A fuel price. Will definitely stop there again in the future.

December 31, 2022Landed again at Elizabeth city for fuel, and was greeted at the plane by Kent, who could not do enough to be of assistance. He offered us to crew car to go to restaurant and made fresh coffee. FBO is clean and comfortable. Fuel prices are reasonable for full service. highly recommended for travel up and down the East Coast.

April 29, 2021All of the guys here were most helpful and accommodating. Andrew, Kent and Scott all very experienced, most friendly and professional. There’s lots of ramp space here. Self pump fuel or trucked. I’ll easily return.

October 29, 2023This is a good fuel stop. Not much traffic, fast and capable service, fine fuel price, cordial tower. No delays, ideal for a quick refueling.

March 10, 2023I stop and stayed overnight due to weather on my way back from Key West to New Jersey. Clayton helped me a lot to find a superb B&B on the river (a mile away from downtown) and then arranged for the owner to pick me up. This unexpected stop became a very fine experience and I will likely go again in the summer. Thank you for the hospitality.

July 17, 2021Very fine people and good facilities for the size of the town. One caution if you fly a turbine: The personnel don’t grasp the need to park turbines into the wind, and there’s always wind at E. City. They parked me facing downwind. I generally don’t mind that because I figure, “If you can marshall me to parking, you can tow me into the wind at departure.” Wrong answer here. This FBO lacks equipment to tow even a TBM. Next time, I will call the FBO on UNICOM and ask for parking into the wind.
