I’ve utilized this FBO previously and had good encounters with the service. However, take note of their strict after-hours rule: if you arrive past 7:00 PM, you’ll be assessed $150 per hour just to have one individual remain late to put chocks under your wheels—no exceptions. This unforeseen charge renders it impractical to utilize this airport and nearby hotel as an overnight stop on future journeys.

Their fees listed here on foreflight are much lower than what you will be charged. My Aerostar is listed at $40/day, but I phoned to confirm and they quoted my specific N# and aircraft type of $86. But that is not the conclusion. Then after I departed, the following day I was billed $111 total on my credit card (not after hours either). They stated they simply had misquoted me before I arrived... Moral of the tale is you had better get it documented or good fortune trusting what they state on the phone!

I flew in for a meeting yesterday at the resort. Very convenient and accommodating. Good guys and gals on the line. Easy to talk to and provided good help. Tie down fee was not bad. Excellent service!!

Spoke with front desk. Fees for a Cirrus SR22T were $65.00 landing fee and $31.00 per night ramp fee. For Part 91 Airplanes you receive $1.00 discount on the landing fee for each gallon of fuel purchased. 100LL was $8.27 on the day I called. They cannot set up rental cars for you. They have complimentary shuttle services to the resort but if you want a car you have to use someone like Enterprise FBO or arrange to have a car delivered there.

Avoid this location. Costly fuel and costly landing charges. The FBO ought to post all their fees on their web page.

Fine FBO and useful personnel. Fine crew cars. Fuel costs are unreasonably high and charges accumulate.

Horseshoe Bay had very fine amenities and personnel. We flew in just for supper, and they sent a car to collect us from and return us to the airport. They have overnight hangars, tie downs, restrooms, and snacks. The staff waived my ramp fee for seemingly no reason at all, which was greatly valued!
