Flew in today for some required business at this airport. Superb service, including coffee, shuttle to the terminal & back (Clay), quick refueling, and crew car to the recommended Pete's Place (very fine breakfast). Spoke with Rod behind the counter the day before to give them a heads up to our arrival and he assisted in every way possible both days. All very friendly & helpful. Yes, fuel prices are high and there are certain unavoidable fees, but that is true in most metropolitan areas.

This could be the top Signature in the nation. Arrived in a light jet on likely their busiest and coldest evening of the year. They were prepared for us, assisted our pax and did everything they could to help us, even provided us a ride to and from the hotel. Went in and out several more times during that frigid week and everything we requested they had and were prompt. Really value all their assistance!

Called yesterday and made reservation for 1630 arrival today. Landed in Husky with pax going to Delta flight at McNamara. Shannon & Nate on line, plus Joni & Pete inside were good. They took pax to terminal, put 10 gals 100LL in my bird, easy peasy. Got a VFR departure clearance and controllers were all good too. Fees were only 7.50 airport, 30.00 landing. Waived 50.00 handling with fuel purchase. Thx Signature team, fine experience!

Flew in a Piper Dakota for quick refuel and immigration. Very accommodating FBO. Got us going quite quickly!

Flew in a Bonanza to pick up passengers who were on the airlines. Crew was helpful and quickly fueled the plane. Fine crew lounge facilities. Signature folks went grabbed my passengers at the terminal and dropped them at the airplane. Charges are "reasonable" and fuel is costly.

Arrived in a PA23 to collect a passenger arriving on Delta. Line and desk personnel were all very cordial and inviting. They had dispatched a van over to the terminal before I even shut down. Did not purchase fuel and charges were as anticipated. FBO is next to the approach end of runway 21R which made for a fast and simple taxi.

Called FBO on Saturday evening, planning on dropping off a passenger for flight the next morning. Arrived Sunday morning in my PA-32 and before I had the plane shut down they had their shuttle pulled up next to us. Drove us to the terminal and waited for our passengers to check in and brought us back. They had our plane topped off with 17 gals (just coming from indiana), waived the handling fee and we were off. Staff inside and ramp crew were friendliest, most courteous people I’ve ever met! I will be going back to Signature at DTW again.

Stopped to get a companion filtering commercial into DTW with a Cherokee Six PA32. Personnel was welcoming, they dispatched a shuttle to collect my passenger from the North terminal, delivered him straight to the ramp like a superstar. All told charges were around $80 (I did not obtain fuel).
