People there are good and cordial, paid a 15$ facility charge with a C172 (no refueling)

Overall, not a good experience at Shelterer in Denton. The linemen were friendly and fast, but the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The facility fees and overnight fees are way too high for this location.

Very fine spot and a pleasant experience generally. Took my 7yo and we got some soft serve ice cream while we relaxed in the break room for a period. Good pilots' lounge and passenger waiting areas.

I've been in and out several times the past few days picking up my business partner. Good line personnel and quick turn. They've also permitted me to use their conf room for sessions. They make it tolerable to deal with Brenda in the tower. Joking...ish

Amazing FBO with good folks and snacks! Nick was very helpful with setting up my rental car.

Good experience at Sheltair DTO! Very welcoming staff/customer service! Pleasant facility and reasonably priced fuel. They even loaned us a vehicle to grab some food in Denton while we waited for maintenance on our PA 23 Apache. I will return.

We've always have fine experiences at all Sheltair locations, and Sheltair DTO was no exception. We were treated with good service, even though we were just a light piston single. Will surely return next time we come to the Dallas area.

I and a fellow pilot flew in with two archers on a fuel stop. We were both marshaled in and chocked. Asked for a top off at the front desk and by the time we got out of the bathroom our planes were ready to depart. Will return here next time I'm in the locale. - ert37

Amazing FBO!! Stopped by Denton and went to Sheltair, no fee, super friendly crew outside and behind the desk, very clean. Would recommend this place to anybody!!!
