Good experience from being marshalled to tie down & installing chalks, to servicing our plane. Jonathan then gave us a ride to the lodging. When we returned the following morning the plane was fueled and ready to go. We will come back to KRTN & Turbreaux Aviation.

Awesome service and complimentary cookies. Flew in from Norman Oklahoma and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and kind everybody was. The cookies were awesome too.

Stopped thru with a good friend who is fairly new to aviation. He mentioned how welcoming folks were and is eager to use Tubreaux at DTN in the future - could not concur more! The eatery next door is good also!

Top off and left card. FBO ran the card incorrectly, and then called a wrong number for 2 weeks. Upon finding out I called them. Abby was less obnoxious, Kelly the manager was rude, and accusatory. Guaranteeing me "100% it's not them, it is me. and I need to pay" Titan confirmed it was the FBO and had to call and tell them how to process it. The FBO continually called/txted me for several hours as if I was a thief. They are rude and unhelpful, even adding a snarky remark on the receipt.

Charging a 20 dollar handling charge plus a 7 dollar facility charge to stop and have lunch isn't a very single engine friendly approach to things

Speaking of the maintenance crew/hangar. Was late afternoon. Got to the plane, trying to depart that day and noticed I had a flat. Went to the maintenance hanger at about 415. The fellows were very accommodating. Towed the plane over, swapped the pinch tube,put the wheel pant back on and sent me on my way in just about an hour. Being late afternoon I assumed it was going to get postponed until the following morning. They were very accommodating and got me airborne and moving. Big thanks to them.

Not sure about the most recent, two reviews, but the customer service here is awful! No marshal (they were busy talking inside) so I parked myself. Guys walked out, just looked at me and walked off. I just ran out of characters so I'll summarize it. I expressed my frustration with the level of customer service to the CSR behind the counter and the new manager (used to be the CSR) came out defending the poor customer service! Whoever owns this FBO made a huge mistake making her manager.

$20 handling charge despite no marshall service and no one comes to meet you at the plane. $100 call out fee for line service to get fuel. No treats in the vending machines... "owned by pilots for pilots"? I do not think so.

No courtesy car available at this time, asked for a short ride to Metro Aviation, no one was willing to accommodate that. Was instructed to call Metro instead. The line guy came out to park me as I was parking myself. Never said a word to me, was going to buy fuel, but if you're just going to halfa$$ park me and then walk away, then you don't get any business from me.

Always have good service though fuel is overpriced.
