Any time I fly in to see family, the service has been exceptional. It doesn’t matter if I’m staying overnight or just turning around and heading back out right away. I’ve used this FBO for several years now.

Fantastic initial experience with any FBO. Low time pilot in over Memorial Day weekend, and they were good to work with. Rental car company did not leave me a car as anticipated, but DFC worked with them after hours & got me a car in about 10 minutes. Also had very fair tie downs and fuel costs. I'll return next occasion I'm in the Chicago area.

I only say good things about Dupage Flight Center! Customer rep Gunther was welcoming and delightful! You can tell he loves aviation based on the service he gave us. Fine guy. No ramp fee for PA-28. AOPA discount helped as well and made the full-service fuel a bit more palatable. Self serve is on the northeast side of the field. We were treated just as well as the Challenger and Gulfstream jets parked next to us. Take the crew car to Nemec Bros pizza in Geneva--you will not be disappointed!

Flew our RV10 in last week and tied down for 5 days. Winds were howling out of the west so was glad to have rw28. St Charles Enterprise delivered a rental car per my reservation. FBO staff were good, meet us as we pulled into tie down spot, drove rental car out to plane, fueled us up quickly, and desk told us to call if we wanted plane moved into hangar. Fine stop if you have to visit Chicago.

Super friendly personnel, very fine facility. Online reservation system was quite simple to utilize beforehand. Was able to borrow one of the crew cars and it was new and cozy. Even got a cool reusable grocery bag as a keepsake. Would absolutely come back.

Front desk unattended after 10pm local. Call FBO phone instead of calling on UNICOM for services.

Good service. Plenty of parking and rental car was waiting when I landed.

Awesome FBO with good service fuel prices are as advertised. Had room in the hanger to get me out of the cold the night before my departure. Very friendly staff that helped unload the plane and let us stay in the warm van until our rental vehicle showed up. Great FBO highly recommend. They treated my Piper Aztec just like any other jet.

Arrived in a tiny 2 place RV-12 and was marshaled to park alongside the biz jets. Got the same level of service as the big boys. Line personnel were attentive and helpful. All personnel were friendly and courteous. Pilot break area is the finest I've ever seen. Tower staff excellent also. This is the spot to land when you go to Chicago area.

Shame on this FBO. I'm a pilot who ordered an Uber eats delivery ahead of time so it would be there upon arrival for my quick turn. Landed and was notified that the line guys consumed my food.
