Suffered an AOG event on Sunday due to a seized starter. Maintenance head George worked me in the next day and was able to get us on our way Tuesday morning. Justin did a superb job with resolving issue. Don't often find individual shop staff that are both AP & IA. Top-notch communication throughout process. Charges for starter replacement very fair. Both shop and FBO staff friendly and helpful. Maint and FBO facilities are clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Here for a owners group fly in. Good service, fine facilities. Got met by staff with golf cart, helped unload and ferried to the FBO. Will be back on any trip we make to the east coast.

I had a flat left main tire in front of the FBO building. The staff was very accommodating and permitted the plane to remain overnight at no charge to me. I've always discovered the FBO crew to be quite pleasant. The line personnel here do a fine job.

Really value the help. Because of weather, we needed to divert. They guided us to parking and gave us chocks for the plane. Allowed us to wait in FBO after hours for transport. Good crew! Good field!

The team here is always very fine and accommodating. Next level yesterday. I had an oil leak that I noticed after landing. I asked if the maintenance team could take a look while I was in meetings all day. George, a service manager, jumped right on it. He was super communicative and fixed me right up and I departed on schedule. Way faster and way more fair on cost than I ever would have imagined. 5 Stars Augusta Aviation Team!! Thank you!

Stopped here to stay overnight. The personnel was attentive and welcoming. Line workers and desk personnel took fine care of us. The fbo is cozy and properly kept up. Superb fuel costs. Thank you kdnl!

Not good. Parked here for the weekend and asked them to top it off. When i checked before takeoff i was 10 gallons short of full. Line crew says they put it in, but somehow it went missing. It could have leaked out of the breather tube since it was moved to an unlevel surface, or it could have wound up in someone's vehicle... in any event i ended up having to pay them twice. I don't know how any decent line crew could miss 10 gallons worth of 100LL leaking out of a bird on their ramp...

Flew in with a PA28. Saw a marshaller for me right away. He was very good and helpful. Got that classic royalty treatment despite being in a light single. Desk staff was very accommodating of short notice changes.
