Friendly staff the self service fuel station was not operating they filled us up with the mobile truck for same cost as self service.

Most costly fuel ever! Avoid unless essential clearly! Quite short hose.

Angel flight on 12-9-23. Very fine FBO. Brandon marshaled us in. My passenger's car battery was dead. He assisted giving her a boost and sent her on her way home. I appreciate the assistance and kind heart that he displayed. I will be coming back again. ryan.vincent2. 789SL

Feb 23, 2023. Arrived just before 1 pm amid turbulent conditions and gusty crosswinds with my Angel Flight passengers. As we were taxiing in I saw a marshaller make his way out to the ramp to wave me in. I had made on online reservation yesterday so maybe I wasn’t a surprise. The line service and inside customer service was first class all the way! I found a modern FBO, clean restrooms and free wi-fi. And friendly people providing good service. Didn’t rush, we took some pictures with the pax, got the full service and topped off the tanks, took a little time to eat a sandwich and I was started and on my way out in 37 minutes. Will definitely stop here again. Highly recommended. I love the long runway. Thanks again for the good turn. Pilots: the book says to call Abq center on the phone for clearance. However, after a bit of a runaround I was finally sent to El Paso Approach on freq 119.15 where I got my clearance. Said they were trying to get that changed.

Stopped in today to savor a meal at the world famous Rosa's Cantina (made famous by the Marty Robbins song El Paso). I was quickly greeted by an incredibly helpful FBO staff member and offered a crew car. This FBO is pristine, the fuel prices are fair and the service is impeccable! Highly recommend and shout out to the team member working the line today.

Francis Aviation is amazing. Had cold water bottle and a bag of chips for us as soon as we got in the FBO, fully available coffee bar, and kept checking if we needed anything.

Good FBO. The self-serve is NOT at the FBO, but in front of the War Eagles museum.

Good FBO! Personnel very welcoming and make you feel at home. Offerings are handled nearly right away after requesting (depending on traffic). Have never had any issues here!

Frank was all about service, made sure we could purchase the oil we needed and shuttled me back and forth from the self serve fuel pump to the FBO. Go see them!
