Not gonna lie - we send a lot of repeat Jet business to Gaitros, and they still wouldn't let us use the crew car overnight on a Sunday when we were stuck because AVIS dropped the ball. Thought that was pretty lowball of Gaitros. I'd take my business elsewhere. Not like DEC has much going on anyway on a Sunday night.

Fine FBO. The gentlemen there went out of their way to help do some brainstorming/troubleshooting to get us on on our way. Thanks!

Stopped in for a quick meeting. Superb service and fine facility. Worked with several staff and they were all helpful. On site restaurant was very good with breakfast all day. Plenty of runway options and tower was great too. We will be back when we are in the area. 5 STARS Thanks everyone.

Welcoming and wonderful personnel at the FBO that goes out of their way to accommodate. They have hangar space large enough for a variety of aircraft including a king air 250. I hangared the plane there for a total of 11 days. All personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful.  John went out of his way to pull the plane in and out as needed. He also made sure it was fueled as requested and on time. Rates are very fair. Control tower are amazing to work with. There is a good restaurant on the field. 5 star rating for this FBO and 10/10 on customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

5 stars! Very welcoming personnel, updated FBO. Had some difficulty arranging transport to the airport and they were helpful enough to dispatch a staff member to fetch me. Hope to come back and give them further business. Courteous tower controllers and eatery on field.

Landed on a short turnaround to utilize the restroom, purchased a beverage. Fine line service kid was like "oh sir, you owe a ramp fee" - seriously for sitting on the ramp for 5 minutes. Unbelievable. I'll put this in the fly over category for now on. Reminder -- this is Decatur...not Chicago.

The Gaitros FBO is staffed with friendly folks. They made certain my plane was securely tied down as the wind became gusty in the late afternoon. Lyft does operate in Decatur; Uber is less dependable here.

Good experience. Dakota did a fine job, gave nice recommendation for local food and crew car was available. He even plugged in our ipad and fueled us up while we went and ate! We would have eaten at the restaurant at the airport but it is closed on Monday.

5 star review, 10/10 customer service, we landed there and could not locate a ride. A very fine gentleman named Joshua went out of his way to bring me and my associate to our lodging. It was 9:18pm and he was off at 9 but remained late to make certain we were looked after. The FBO is tidy and pleasant. The next morning they were thoughtful enough to pick us up and bring us back so we could depart, good group of fellows. Would enjoy returning and giving them my patronage. - noahlovinsmusic
