The FBO was very welcoming however their costs are not set for single engine GA planes!!! I flew in with a Cessna 177 Cardinal. For one night stay in November, I was billed a $25 parking fee, a $40 facility fee, and a $12.50 security fee. That was a total of $79.12 (with tax). That is the maximum I have ever spent including my night in Key West. Quite nice and very welcoming unfortunately their pricing is way out of the limit for what I consider Single Engine General Aviation to be. I found out the hard way on this and will have to locate another FBO for my upcoming journeys.

Yelvington Aviation is the FBO at Spruce Creek Fly-In. They supply first class service and have the most accommodating fuel truck operators. Thanks Scotty for always being prompt, courteous and careful on refueling. Vaughn D.

Had a fine experience with fbo. Landing fee and first night waived for buying fuel. Fuel was at a sensible price and full service. So for a three day weekend I paid for my fuel and two days of parking which was very sensible for my Cirrus. Line guys offered hangar instead of tie down for additional fee but weekend was expected to be sunny so I opted for tie down. They offered to bring her inside if the weather changed for the worse. I could not ask for more. The tie down is just a few feet from facility. Facility itself was very nice with all of the amenities you could want. Definitely recommend.
