December 22, 2025Another poor experience with the Tower Controller. They talk to you like you are bothering them. We will not be hurrying back to CYS.

December 17, 2025Superb treatment by personnel. On arrival (12/12/25) the line guy offered to give us a fast trip across the airport to collect our Avis vehicle. Beyond expectations!! On departure (12/14/25) fueling was prompt and effective. They permitted us to utilize the courtesy van to take back our vehicle. Folks in the tower were superb also. Informed about bird and wildlife presence. Nearly needed to cancel takeoff since a coyote was beside the runway! We were wheels up before it We shall return in May when Quebec 1 opens!
