Ramp fee of $720 for Citation XL. We inquired about a hangar just for a few hours during the day to keep the cabin cool, they asked for $750. Go to Sterling instead, they are CAA and half the cost on fuel.

Not a fan!! Acted like they didnt see me arrive at 10PM. Hard to miss a red cirrus pulling up to your ramp with flashing lights. Didnt bother to come out. Had to yell thru the gate to get them to come back and let us out. Worst customer service. Wont be back.

As an Angel Flight pilot, I was not charged any fees and also got $1 off per gallon on fuel. Their service is next to none. What else can I request for. Keep it up.

Brought my wife and two little kids in for a quick beach trip in a Baron. Everyone from CSR’s to line guys treated us extremely well. Brought the car plane side. CSR at the front desk even helped my wife entertain the kids while a couple of line guys and I were getting the plane ready to go today. Fuel prices aren’t outrageous for being an Atlantic and being the only FBO on the field. Waved fees with fuel purchase except overnight fee. Overnight fee was $35.00 a night. Pretty reasonable for the service they provided.

Bought fuel & still charged a ramp fee. Had to pull my own chocks. Plus not very welcoming at the front desk.

Atlantic was good for us. 5 stars! We happen to be arriving a few minutes after they closed at 11, and were kind enough to wait for us, fill a whole 10 gallons, and then free snacks. There is a $40 facility fee, but we were pleased to pay it with the amenities.

$271 drop off charge in a TBM with no fuel purchase. At minimum have someone assist to park the plane and chock the wheels. Middle of the afternoon and nobody helped with anything, but keen to run your credit card. Avoid this operation at all costs.

Facility fee/drop off charges are a rip off. I will not be returning

No longer C.A.A. so the fuel about doubled…..they do take AV Fuel….I suppose this is what occurs when you are the sole FBO on the field. They are very fine though.
