NOTICE: Effective February 1, 2026, the Town of Chatham Airport Commission has imposed a new landing fee schedule. Commercial aircraft (Part 135, fractional, etc.) AND any aircraft over 6,000 lbs MTOW will now be charged a $275 landing fee. Please plan accordingly.

Top notch FBO at a good airport and a fine city. Upon arrival you pull up to a pump and they fill it up for you. They direct you to parking and you settle your bill at the counter. No fees for a day visit in a C172. I inquired about tie down ropes and the airport manager brought them out to us on his bike. The airport is very close to the town’s bike path. You can see the town, the lighthouse, grist mill, and fish pier via it and regular city streets that are not overly busy. It was about a ten-mile loop by my estimates. The town is gorgeous and the good FBO makes this a no-brainer day trip.

Very friendly FBO. Also, very, very clean. Probably gets busy in fine weather, but we came in IFR and there was ample ramp space. Hangar B cafe upstairs was fantastic and we were fortunate there was no wait, just local people. Boston clearance was super helpful and friendly, but I used my cell phone even though there is a comment that you can get their frequency on the ramp. Well maintained and worth the journey.

Good little airfield! The personnel were friendly and helpful. I would guess fairly active on a summer weekend. Boston clearance available on the ground. I stayed one night and everything went well.
