Great, new FBO. Exceptional customer service. Ryan and his team really go out of their way to help accommodate.

Called two hours prior to arrival and spoke with Ryan about swinging in for a lunch in their fine quaint town. Said taxi on speed dial, uber available, and crew car first come first serve. Asked for tail# and see you soon. Blown away by the service we got upon arrival. One guy marshaling, one guy ready with the fuel truck and Ryan pulling the crew car next to the plane (182p). Fbo is new since the last time we came there and very nice and classy. We were treated with such class!!A+

Good service and facility.

Landing fee's were waived / with the purchase of fuel (which was done) However a $15.00 Facility fee was charged for using the restroom facility-- Things have changed with the new FBO, they appear to (nickel & dime you) Pilot's be aware, think about going to Bay Minette

Good service, but too costly for small GA planes. Be cautious...was informed before arrival that they waived the ramp charge if I purchased fuel, but they ended up billing $40.00 ($20.00 per night) overnight charge, a $15.00 Facility fee, and 3% service charge for fuel (credit card fee). Deceptive practice, not worth the price.

NEVER LAND HERE IF YOURE GA. Used to be a fine place but this new FBO charges absurd charges for absolutely nothing. Ramp fee when no lineman even came out to marshal us in. They don't have charges listed so you have no clue till you get there. And the fuel prices are outrageous. When the unwarranted ramp goes away, I might go back again.

Awesome FBO! Went above and beyond supporting our plane, passengers and crew! Hardest part of every flight these days is getting rental cars and Ryan was super helpful coordinating with Herz to ensure they were on site and even cooled down for our arrival.

I concur it's too costly. The crew is good, but I was billed a ramp charge, facility charge an overnight charge and a credit card charge. I've never been treated like that. Must find a superior choice. Very disheartening. I was anticipating the new terminal.

Had a good experience here. All the personnel went above and beyond to assist us even on our late arrival. New FBO, maintain the fine work.
