Stopped in to visit family a few hours, get gas and head home. Called the day before and talked with Steve. who was traveling and out for the week. He gave a good report over the phone, told me where to get courtesy car and everything needed for when I arrived. Will be back man more times!

Landed late on Saturday due to weather ahead and called manager Steve to assess choices. Tie downs are available with no ropes. Crew car was available to get to Best Western for the night to let weather improve. We had an issue with the crew car and Steve came out and performed field repair on it. Best Western was one of the finest ones ever seen. Plenty of restaurant choices. FBO office is comfortable with lounge and briefing areas. This was a good stop under the circumstances and we shall return. Very quiet airport with very friendly people.
