Superb service and amazing facility. AAA recommendation!

Excellent service at Cutter, as usual. Line staff was prompt and courteous, they handled a specific fuel load with ease. Becca at the front counter was awesome- recommended a fine place (Sandy's) for breakfast. Beautiful facility, nice crew car, and weekend discount on fuel. Highly recommend. FYSA - Landing fees have been imposed by airport authority (not by FBO). Waived for aircraft under 9,000 lbs.

Excellent FBO, good friendly personnel and they waived my 3 night ramp fee! I got 40 gallons which might have been the reason but was not anticipating that! The facility is also very cute, much more Colorado themed than the jet center. I highly suggest a visit to this location.

Very pleased with my experience here with Cutter. They parked me up front, got my rental car when it was delivered and made sure I had everything I required. Mind that the winds can get a little spooky here, even when it was not forecasted to be like that.

Cutter Colorado Springs hosted our aircraft type club aircraft during our annual convention. They did an outstanding job and their pricing was very fair. Somehow they found out that it was my birthday during my visit there, and when I came home I received a birthday card sent via postal mail signed by all of their staff! All I can say is, wow, good customer service.

Been 6 months since my last visit to Cutter at COS, still a first class FBO. Me and copilot picked up our Angelflight passenger today, we were greeted with the welcoming staff, sampled the fresh brownies and departed on schedule. Everyone at Cutter is efficient and cordial, from the guys in the line crew to the staff in Customer Service. Cannot be surpassed.

We arrived yesterday to find that the car rental company had not delivered our vehicle to Cutter, as promised. The main terminal is more than 10 minutes distant. Although Cutter was short-staffed on a holiday weekend, the GM Calvin Martin dropped everything he was doing to take me in his personal vehicle to car rental counter at the main terminal. He was so pleasant and helpful, appreciative of our business and such a fine person. That attitude was reflected in every Cutter employee!

Came to Cutter for a quick stop to visit The Airplane Restaurant in a 172. Personnel were professional and extremely cordial, and didn't treat us any differently from the fancy jets sitting next to us on the ramp. In fact, they parked us closer to the entrance! The crew car was tidy and free for 2 hours use.

Stopped for a quick turn on a PC-12 fuel up. They are good people and very professional. They also have fine brownies. These guys are my go to on the front range. Such a breath of fresh after dealing with FBOs like Atlantic. Keep up the good work!

Arrived in a BE-36 and was treated well. Fuel cost is high, but somewhat discounted on weekends, and most importantly there were NO OTHER FEES!!! This is as intended to fund US airport access. I had a small adjustment issue with the plane on departure preflight, but linemen Anthony went above and beyond to assist me to ensure the aircraft was safe for flight. Thank you Anthony and Cutter.
