May 3, 2026A $40 ramp fee for a single-engine plane just for a 2-hour stay. I'd avoid this FBO.

April 29, 2026Got a quote for staying a week. This place is basically just a school, not a normal FBO--no ramp staff, no welcome, no service, and nobody offering customer service when you walk into the lobby. When we returned, they billed us more than the quoted amount and the aircraft still hadn't been fueled. We landed here only because it was close to my destination. Won't be returning. Best to look somewhere else. After charging my card, they refused to honor the emailed quote until I threatened to contact CC and dispute the whole charge.
