Servion of Waco (KCNW)

This is one of the best FBOs I fly into. The team here really understands customer service. I always know I'm in for a great experience when I arrive. I'll absolutely be back!

No charges. Super welcoming and useful assistance. In a long, multi-day journey with many stops this is the sole location that offered to wash my windscreen. Courtesy vehicles ready and will drive into Waco for meals. Airport is quite calm and they get minimal transient activity and seemed pleased I was present.

Good service. Attendant even offered to wait extra 15 minutes past closing for our rides to arrive. Prompt fueling and did not overfill.

I came in for a funeral, with a departure later that same day. The Servion folks got a rental car arranged for me and helped make both my arrival and departure easy. Great FBO crew, and decent coffee too; I'll be back.

No fees whatsoever. Only thing you must pay for is gas, if you get any at all. Personnel is super friendly and helpful! And only a 10 minute drive to Baylor. Will always go to Servion and KCNW over KACT and the FBOs there. -- Nationwide Aviation
