April 11, 2026KCLS makes for a good fuel stop. The pilot lounge is comfortable and kept up nicely, with guides for nearby restaurants and hotels. Snacks and drinks are available on the honor system. There’s also a restaurant at the nearby golf course, just a short walk from the ramp.

April 24, 2024Be mindful that the locking gate has a "C" key to reset if you need to start again. The gate leads across the bridge to the Riverside Golf Course. Restrooms are close to the fuel tanks and are quite spotless.
