Good service for a quick stop for a visit with family and dinner, $10 ramp fee for a C182 on 11/18

Good service, simple talking for planning arrival.

Brought my group of 4 planes for a Fly-in lunch at Gate 12 Bar & Grill. The lineman, CSR's, everybody could not have been kinder or more helpful. No parking fees or ramp charges.

Charged a ramp fee for a small twin engine plane. $25, even after dining at next door establishment.

Sent a message asking about ramp fees. No reply.

First time I went here was for my long commercial cross country. Flew in here with another school plane behind me and were able to use a crew car to grab dinner before heading back to our airport of origin. They waived our parking fee and were very fine!
